What is
Kazahaya no Sato?
You can enjoy a peaceful pond and many flowers at Kazahaya no Sato. The scenery full of flowers in every season is extremely beautiful. In recent years it has become a popular spot among many tourists from overseas. The vast flower garden of about 65,000 ㎡ has an undulating landscape that was once a golf course.
Kazahaya no Sato is located in Mie Prefecture, where Ise Jingu Shrine and Kumano Kodo are located. From Ise Jingu Shrine, it takes about 40 minutes by train and cab, or 45 minutes by car. Please stop by and enjoy beautiful flowers.

Welfare cart “Kazahaya”
We provide piston transportation from the parking lot to the entrance of the flower garden using a reused cart that was previously used on the golf course. Anyone is welcome to ride in the cart. Please feel free to use the cart if you are not physically strong enough.

For foreigners, we have an English quiz to help you learn the names of flowers. Observe the color, shape, and other characteristics of flowers, and try to choose the answer.

Horticultural Welfare
Kazahaya no Sato is a garden as part of disability welfare, managed and operated by people with disabilities and our staffs. Visiting the flower garden will lead to employment support for people with disabilities. Interacting with visitors and seeing their happiness becomes a source of fulfillment for the workers. The souvenirs sold at the shop are also handmade by people with disabilities and have been introduced in several media outlets. Purchasing these items helps increase their wages. Please take a look for yourself.
